Using MyPsalms

These terms apply to the MyPsalms app and mypsalms.app, provided by the publisher identified below. Use the service in accordance with applicable law. If you are a minor, obtain a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission where required.

The app works without an account. Keep access to your device and the Apple ID used for purchases. The website presents the app; it does not offer payments or an online journal.

02

Free access and Premium

Your first personalized recommendation is free so you can try the experience. Some features, including additional recommendations, reflection help and cloud copies, require Premium. The app identifies these features before purchase.

The price, duration, currency and applicable conditions are those shown in Apple’s purchase sheet. Monthly and annual plans may offer a three-day trial depending on your eligibility. A trial is not guaranteed if you have already used an introductory offer.

03

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Apple processes payment through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before Apple’s stated deadline. To avoid renewal or charging after a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple subscription settings or from MyPsalms subscription management. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Paid access generally continues until the end of the period, subject to Apple’s terms.

Apple handles refund requests according to its rules and applicable rights. We cannot guarantee that a refund will be approved.

Restoring purchases and finding your data

Use ‘Restore purchases’ in the app with the Apple ID used for the purchase to recover an eligible subscription’s rights. Restoring a subscription does not recreate data stored only on another device.

Your journal is local by default. Cloud copies require your action and an active subscription; they are not a guarantee of comprehensive backup or automatic synchronization. Premium expiry does not delete your local journal or automatically delete cloud copies. Deletion options are described in the privacy policy.

05

Content and reasonable use

Scripture comes from an identified catalog; wording and numbering may differ by language and translation. Prayers and reflections provide spiritual support and may contain imperfections. You remain free to evaluate them within your own spiritual practice.

Use the app and its content for personal purposes in accordance with applicable rights. Do not bypass free limits, access another installation’s data, disrupt the service or redistribute protected content without permission. You retain rights to your own writing; processing is limited to the features you request and the privacy policy.

06

Spiritual support

MyPsalms is not a medical, psychological or emergency service. Recommendations do not replace a healthcare professional, human support or advice adapted to your situation. If you are in immediate danger, contact your country’s emergency services.

07

Availability, updates and your rights

Some features require an internet connection and provider availability. We may fix or change the service; interruptions are possible. We do not guarantee error-free service or permanent availability.

These terms do not limit consumer guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Apple’s standard license applies to the app distributed through the App Store. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections through a choice of jurisdiction or governing law.

Updated terms will be published here. For a question or dispute, contact the publisher so we can try to find a solution.
